Wine making process:
purely, through soft pressing of grapes and fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. A period of aging for 6 months in barriques plus 3 months in bottle follows.
This classic and noble wine shines an intense yellow color, has an aromatic-floral nose (persistence of pear, green, apple, acacia and notes of honey) and is soft on the palate
