Piedmont: Amonte Cortese


Tasting Notes

A bright zesty wine, wonderfully light and crisp with lemon citrus notes, almonds and faint traits of freshly cut grass.


Cortese is the grape used to make Gavi, and Amonte use grape from the Monferrato area, which lies just outside Gavi.

The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks giving the wine a pure, fruit forward character.
